Policy for Lodge Reservation
The Four Seasons’ facility may be reserved for use by the public when available and with prior approval during non-peak hours. A Lodge Reservation form found at the lodge or online must be completed by the requesting group. The Four Seasons reserves the right to seek references of any group before granting meeting space.
• Peak hours for the Lodge are:
Winter Weekends Dec 1 Thru Apr 15
Holidays and School Vacations: 10AM to 4PM
EXCLUSIVE USE OF LODGE AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 16TH TO NOV. 30TH
Non-member fee: $350.00
Member fee: $250.00
•LOCAL CIVIC ORGANIZATION: FREE – Organizations are required to leave the facility clean. If needed FSTA will provide cleaning and charge the organization $60.00
CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS ENCOURAGED AND DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED!!
•RENTAL FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. NO RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. NO REFUND WITHOUT 5 DAYS PRIOR NOTICE TO THE RENTAL DATE.
•PERSONS RENTING THE LODGE WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE (HOMEOWNERS) IN THE AMOUNT OF AT LEAST $300,000.
•RENTAL FEES SHOULD BE MAILED TO FSTA P O BOX 313, Madawaska ME 04756.
